Basqueland Brewing – French Toast

Basqueland crafted a stout beer inspired by French Toast, incorporating blueberries, cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla to it.

To create it, we’ve drawn out the flavors of toasted cereal from a blend of 8 malts, with roasted malts particularly giving it that dark hue and consistent beige foam. Additionally, we’ve introduced the adjuncts at various stages of the process to achieve a surprisingly complex and satisfying balance of flavors.

The sweetness of the malts shines through, complemented by the acidity and bitterness of the adjuncts, reminiscent of the famous dessert.
