De Molen – #4000

#4000 is the fourth and also last in the series of the 4 special BA beers for the 20th anniversary of Brouwerij de Molen. With this ‘quadruple-ish’ matured on rum barrels we close the series with a bang. In the nose the aromas of raisins, apricots and plums shoot towards you. The beer has a medium body where vanilla, caramel and burnt sugar predominate. The aftertaste is sweet with a clear destinct rum finish.
