Huge waves of coconut, mango chutney and wild garlic fill the nostrils. It smells so much like a sack of fresh hops that I feel like I’m in the Yakima Valley. There’s lemons, melon, orange juice and a delicious, deep down dankness. There’s a light coconutty-milky-vanilla flavour that is a delicious as it is surprising. It’s creamy and juicy like a fruit juice latte or one of them Pina Coladas they serve in a scooped out coconut.
